No governmental entity or authority has evaluated or approved ROIS Investments LLC’s knowledge or experience, or the quality of ROIS Investments LLC’s Services.
Please note that you may obtain information regarding free or low-cost legal representation through a local bar association or legal aid foundation. ROIS Investments LLC is not permitted to engage in the practice of law including providing any kind of advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation to a consumer about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms and/or strategies.

Application Services
We provide the following assistance with your application process:

When you contact us, you are responsible for providing us with complete, valid and accurate application information. ROIS Investments LLC is not liable for any applications not filed due to insufficient or incomplete information submitted by the customer or for rejected applications due to non valid or incorrect information submitted by the customer. This includes photo submission after the initial application review. Please note that we do not guarantee that any or all of the applications will be accepted, nor do we make any guarantees as to the results of such applications. We only process your application data and integrate such data into the DV Lottery system.
We will assist you with submission of your DV lottery application, making sure that the information provided by you is submitted properly and error free. By registering for our service, following our instructions and providing all information necessary as notified to you by the relevant deadline, you are guaranteed full participation in the DV lottery, ensuring you will not be disqualified. By using our service you do not have a better chance of receiving a green card over other qualified individuals.
By providing us with your application information by telephone you provide us with explicit authorization to manage your application data and apply on your behalf to the DV Lottery system. You may either pay for a one-time application or for repeated applications over an agreed number of years.
You acknowledge that ROIS Investments LLC will submit your application for the DV Lottery program electronically to the U.S. Department of State (“DOS“), the number of times, over the number of years as agreed between you and ROIS Investments LLC, provided that you have submitted to ROIS Investments LLC all information and material required to complete your application by the relevant deadline.
You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to check the DOS website in order to see whether or not you have been selected as a winner of the DV Lottery program and further to comply with any subsequent requirements as directed by the DOS website in order to obtain a U.S. green card for you and/or your family.
In the event an individual wins a Green Card from the DV lottery, there is a process which takes place before receiving the card itself. This process includes an interview at the Embassy, a physical from a doctor, etc. Based on these factors, winning the lottery does not necessarily mean that you will receive a green card or any other Visa. In the event a customer purchases more than one year of service, We will require to receive a customer written confirmation stating all application details are correct and up to date before we will again submit the application to the DV lottery program for the following year.
Deadline for Submission
The deadline for applicants who have registered for the Service between November 1 and the following year September 30, is September 30 of the year in which they have registered for the Service. Unless such applicant has registered for the Express Submission Service.
In the event customer purchases more than one year of service, the deadline for submission of the written confirmation for future applications as stated above will be the deadline for the applicable year of Service, in accordance with the above.
Express Submission
The deadline for applicants who have registered for the Service between October 1 and October 25 and have registered for the Express Submission Service is October 30 of the year in which they have registered for the Service.
Intellectual Property
ROIS Investments LLC and its licensors own the Site and/or Services, as well as the materials provided on this Site and/or Services (excluding any US government forms and documents), including all worldwide intellectual property rights in the Site and/or Services, and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein. Except as expressly permitted herein, you may not copy, further modify, duplicate, distribute, display, perform, sublicense, republish, retransmit, reproduce, create derivative works of, transfer, sell or otherwise use the Site and/or Services or any content appearing in the Site and/or Services. You will not remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in the Site and/or Services. All trademarks are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of ROIS Investments LLC or any third party.
You may not or attempt to (a) decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software used to provide the Site and/or Services; (b) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site and/or Services or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content; (c) use any robot, spider, site search or retrieval service, or any other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data-mine, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site and/or Services; or (d) harvest, collect or mine information about users of the Site and/or Services.
Pricing and Fees
ROIS Investments LLC is a private company unaffiliated with the US government and the fees paid to ROIS Investments LLC are meant to cover our assistance to you in the handling and submitting of your application to the relevant government authorities. The prices we offer represent application preparation fees payable to ROIS Investments LLC. Any additional processing and filing fees (if any) are payable to either the U.S. Citizenship or Immigration Services (formerly known as the INS) or the DOS, as required. These additional fees are not included in the prices we offer to you, and must be paid separately if applicable.
ROIS Investments LLC may revise prices at any time without notice. ROIS Investments LLC currently accepts some major credit cards and PayPal, but may add or change payment methods in its sole discretion. You must respect the terms and conditions of any payment methods you use. We reserve the right to cancel any Services ordered if full payment is not timely received. You are solely responsible for any taxes on amounts you may pay or obtain through the Site and/or Services. ROIS Investments LLC will deduct applicable charges and taxes from any payable amounts, as required by law.
Refund Policy
All fees paid to ROIS Investments LLC are non-refundable except as specified herein. If you choose to cancel you registration to the Service within two weeks of the date of registration, and ROIS Investments LLC has not yet begun providing the Services, you may receive a full refund. If you are not sure whether you are eligible for a refund please contact us at info@usagclflorida.com.
Fees paid are not recoverable if filing of the DV Lottery application is made impossible by any force majeure events beyond the control of ROIS Investments LLC (for example, including but not limited to, act of war, acts of nature, changes in DV Lottery program requirements with respect to eligibility, required details or other changes, legislative or procedural change and/or state action).
By submitting your application and making payment to ROIS Investments LLC you understand and agree to the refund policy specified herein.
You acknowledge that lottery applications can be submitted only during a limited time period and you agree that once you submit payment, the ROIS Investments LLC shall immediately start preparing your application for the next available submission to the US government DV Lottery registration site, and no refund can be made after payment has been submitted for the Services. ROIS Investments LLC will make an effort to ensure that you provide complete information and materials for filing your application by the applicable deadline, as specified above. However, ROIS Investments LLC will have no liability, including refunding any fees paid by you for the services provided by ROIS Investments LLC, for your failure to provide complete information and materials by the applicable deadline.
Notwithstanding the above, we may at our discretion take exceptional circumstances into consideration, should something happen that is outside of your control and may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Indemnification

Miscellaneous
These Terms shall be governed by the law of the State of New York exclusive of its choice of law rules. Your conduct may also be subject to other local, state, and national laws. Any action to be brought in connection with these Terms or the Application shall be brought exclusively in the courts in New York and you irrevocably consent to their jurisdiction. Any cause of action against ROIS Investments LLC must be brought within one (1) year of the date such cause of action arose. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision which most closely achieves the effect of the original provision, and the remaining terms of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and ROIS Investments LLC or authorizes you to act on behalf of ROIS Investments LLC. Except as may be expressly stated in these Terms, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between ROIS Investments LLC and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all other agreements existing between us relating thereto are hereby cancelled. We may assign our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without prior notice. You shall not assign any of your rights or obligations hereunder, and any assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be void. No waiver of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. If we are required to provide notice to you hereunder, we may provide such notice to the email account or account of any social networking site that you provided upon registration.
