How To Avoid Fraud Attempts?

Worldwide, there was a high level of participation due to the pandemic situation and crisis. Scam attempts are also at their highest peak. Scammers target people interested in the US DV lottery. Once you make a search or visit a scammer website they will try to contact you using emails or advertising ads on Google, Facebook, Bing, or any other ads platform. You need to be aware of how to identify fake emails and messages. We prepared a short video that will inform you about this matter.

Can I Participate This Year?

Every year the US Government changes some of the requirements to participate in the Green Card Lottery. Most of the time the major changes are the countries allowed to apply and the educational requirements. Every year we update our Eligibility Auto Check Tool in order to evaluate if you are eligible to participate. There are, however, some cases where participants will need to consult an immigration lawyer to clarify their eligibility.

What Are The Photo Requirements?

Diversity Visa entry photographs must meet the same standards as U.S. visa photos. You will be ineligible for the lottery if the entry photographs for you and your family members do not fully meet these specifications, or have been manipulated in any way. Sized such that the head is between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (22 mm and 35 mm) or 50 percent and 69 percent of the image’s total height from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. Taken within the last six months to reflect your current appearance. Check out our video or the official US Government Website for more details.

When Can I Submit My Application?

The US Government assigns one month from the second week of October to the end of the first week of November each year for everyone to submit their applications. If you are not sure about how to proceed, or you are not fully informed of all current year requirements, our FREE e-book can help you to prepare and evaluate your applications to be ready until the government opens their online systems, so you can submit your corrected and verified application.

What is the US Green Card Lottery?

The Diversity Visa (Green Card) Lottery Program is the official US government program for immigration to the United States. The goal of the DV Lottery Program is to further diversify the US population by annually offering 50,000 immigrants from around the world an opportunity to experience the “American Dream.” People who are issued a green card have a legal right to live, work, and study permanently in the United States and may eventually become American citizens!

Each year, the Department of State conducts a random selection of Diversity Immigrant Visa (DV) applicants, based on allocations of available visas in each region and country, from all registered entries. On or about May 5, the Department of State will inform all entrants if their online registration was selected or not.

US DV Lottery Requirements

Requirements change every year. For the last year, The Diversity Immigrant Visa (DV) Program required the principal DV applicant to have a high school education or its equivalent, or two years of qualifying work experience as defined under provisions of U.S. law. If you do not have either the required education or qualifying work experience, you are not qualified to be issued a DV. Only you, as the principal applicant, must meet this requirement. Your spouse and children do not have to meet this requirement.

Natives of some countries are not eligible to apply because more than 50,000 natives of these countries immigrated to the United States in the previous five years. Please check the list of non-eligible countries.

How To Know If I Was Selected?

Once the yearly selection is made, the US Government will publish the results on their website, these results are private so you need to have your verification number generated at the time when the application was submitted the previous year, at the website they will ask for some personal information contained on the application, usually birthday date and the full name of the primary applicant.

How Much Do I Have to Pay?

None. No fees will be charged before or after you submit your application for this program. You can definitely do that by looking on the internet and looking at our E-book and our video tutorials.
We offer only packages for people who want our assistance in reviewing, evaluating, and submitting their application on time and correctly. This will enable them to avoid disqualification due to data input errors.
