We collect such Personal Information that you provide us in order for us to provide you with our Services. This Personal Information may include: your full name, gender, birth date, place of birth, place of residence, education level, marital status, number of children, profession and professional experience, level of English, photo (“Application Information“). We also collect your credit card information and billing address when you pay for the Services.
We also collect Personal Information when you contact us for any reason. It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such Personal Information, but if you refuse to provide such information we may not be able to register you to use the Services or your use of the Services may be limited. Please note that we are not a government agency. We are a non- government entity providing value added paid service for registration to the US Diversity Visa Lottery (“DV lottery”) program. You can apply to the DV lottery program on your own without paying any fees on the US government website.
We will fill out your application to the DV lottery with the information you provide us. We are not be responsible for any errors in the content you provide to us.
Except as specifically set forth in these Terms, we will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, in order to protect our rights or in order to cooperate with an investigation by a law enforcement body.
We may use Personal Information internally – for example, to help diagnose problems with our servers, to make our Site and/or Services more useful, or to customize our Site and/or Services and personalize their content for you.
We will use your Application Information to provide assistance with filling out certain immigration forms related to the U.S. Diversity Visa Lottery Program. We will submit your application to the U.S. Diversity Visa Lottery Program. You acknowledge, however, that certain Personal Information may become a matter of public record upon filing with a government agency or as part of any legal or administrative proceeding.
We use your credit card and billing information to process your payments.
We may share your Personal Information with:
